Where Flavor Begins: The Farmers Market

Each seasonal brew starts with a stroll through the Crescent City’s farmers markets, where we source locally grown herbs, fruits, and botanicals. We’re inspired by what’s ripe and fragrant—from Ponchatoula strawberries in spring to satsumas and rosemary in winter. These fresh ingredients become the building blocks of flavor, lending our kombucha its signature brightness and complexity.


The Art of Pairing

Crafting a seasonal blend is equal parts culinary instinct and creative experimentation. We test flavor pairings like hibiscus with mint, or fig with thyme, often guided by what will complement our kombucha’s naturally tart, effervescent base.
